Originally commenced in 1977, Redwood Estate has provided 124 lots in a range of stages over a number of years. In the 1970’s Strathfieldsaye was predominantly farmland;  Redwood Estate was a catalyst development for establishing the now thriving residential suburb of Strathfieldsaye that exists today.
